The one star is only for Dr. Patel! I walked in there as an emergency patient for a severe pain in my wisdom tooth. The rest of the staff was very nice to me and got me in! How ever Dr. Patel was very rude to me and was very upset with me for walking in her office. I told her I was very grateful for her help after she said I had to be patient with her because of how busy she was that morning. Mind you I was very patient and never complained about anything and after I announced her with my gratitude and appreciation she had no response but yet was still very rude and harsh with me. She asked me what kind of medication I was taking to ease the pain and when I told her I took naproxen she spoke to me as if I was a child and was angry with me for taking naproxen. Her whole attitude was just anger against me since the moment she walked in the room to examine me all the way to the moment she slammed the referral paper down to the receptionist for me! The only good thing was that referral.

Do not go here!! This place is so terrible i got Treated so Poorly by the dentist. I come In because over the weekend i chipped my front teeth and my dentist didn’t have any appointments available so i decided to go here for a quick fix regardless of money I’m already in the chair when im explaining my situation to the dentist and she goes on to tell me “why am i here in her office this is my office Why don’t you go to your own dentist and this goes on and on for the entire interaction even though i told her why i was their and her telling me that my insurance isn’t going to cover this when i tell Her that’s fine if she can tell me range or some type of estimate to how much it would be not expecting it to be my final total but instead in rude tone “i don't know What’s wrong with you so i cant Tell you a price” me understanding what she’s saying i tell her okay but you can’t tell me how much this would usually be and with more of a rude tone no because i don’t what’s wrong with you and then saying if you pay for your xray i will and i told her I will But i would like to have a estimate i also haven’t had anything done not even the xray and then she say “you can go if you want be

I would like to share my experience at Holy Family Dental. I have being coming here for almost 10 years or more with Dr. Patel. Last year in May I had a gum infection because of health condition and for that reason she sent me to a specialist to remove 3 front teeth (7,8 and 9) that were getting loose she stated that if i disnt do that, more teeth would be falling. Since then, Dr. Patel guided me thru the whole process to get me implants and back to smilying :-) again. She made sure my infection went away with rutine cleaning and advice for myself. With my health condition, which I am better now. It took about a year to heal. But it was worth the wait . At first i was somewhat depressed not having teeth, but she did everything she had to do to get my teeth back. Having my teeth back made me feel 100% me. Thanks to everyone in the clinic for a professional job. Defenetly recomend everyone in need of implants and other services.

Had my appointment at 9:45 today needed a minor cleaning mostly the back of my teeth molar area were the instructions but she continued to do all of them which I appreciate. But did not clean the back teeth properly I still feel plaque SMH. Have a other appointment soon so hopefully they can fix this problem. UPDATE had my appointment yesterday and just wanted to say Unprofessional Business do not recommend. Don't waste your time. Reminds me of bad mechanics that will damage to get you back in for more money. Sad to say but it's the truth will not make this up.I really liked the spot until last week when they switched my dentist out of nowhere. Not everyone is bad in there, the staff is really nice and respectful.

Dr. Rina Patel gave me my smile and confidence back! I went in just hoping to get rid of some really tough stains that no other dentist could fully handle, even after trying three or four times elsewhere. When I saw Dr. Patel, though, it was totally different. She didn’t just do a cleaning she took her time, listened to me, and genuinely cared. She spent her time making sure everything was right and made sure I was happy with the results. Honestly, I’d drive two hours if I had to just to see her again for my next cleaning. I can’t recommend her enough—she’s so honest, and she really cares about her patients, not just the job. If you’ve got concerns, she’s the one you want to see in the area! Also a lots of thanx to her assistant As well she was polite and helpful.
